A brigadeiro popsicle is a delicious dessert and perfect for hot days. Here’s how to prepare it:
Ingredients (for 6-8 popsicles):
1 can of condensed milk (395 g)
200 ml cream (fresh or boxed)
3 tablespoons of chocolate powder (do not use chocolate powder)
100 ml of whole milk
Chocolate sprinkles (optional, for decoration)

Preparation method:
1.Prepare the creamy brigadeiro base:
In a pan, mix the condensed milk, chocolate powder and cream.
Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until a slightly thick cream forms, like a soft brigadeiro.
Remove from heat and add the milk, mixing well until the mixture is homogeneous and more liquid.
2.Let it cool:
Transfer the mixture to a container and let it cool completely before assembling the popsicles.
Assemble the popsicles:
If desired, place a small amount of sprinkles in the bottom of the popsicle molds.
Pour the brigadeiro cream into the molds, filling it almost to the top.
Insert the popsicle sticks.
Freeze:
Place in the freezer for at least 6 hours, or until the popsicles are firm.
Unmold and serve:
To unmold easily, dip the molds in warm water for a few seconds.
Serve and enjoy!
Extra Tip:
If you want to innovate, you can fill the popsicles with dulce de leche or denser brigadeiro. Just place a small amount in the center of the mold before filling with the cream.
This recipe is simple and delicious, perfect for those who love brigadeiro and want to try it in a refreshing way!
