Double vitamin C: orange and carrot juice that will boost your immunity

Red Detox Juice: Energy in every sip!

Ingredients:

1 large slice of seedless watermelon (approximately 500g)
200ml of water
1 medium carrot
1/3 of beetroot
1 cm of fresh ginger
Ice to taste (optional)
Preparation method:

Cut the watermelon into cubes and set aside.
Wash the carrot, beetroot and ginger well. Cut into smaller pieces.
In a blender, place the watermelon, water and blend until you obtain a homogeneous juice.
Strain the juice to remove the seeds and add it back to the blender.
Add the carrot, beetroot and ginger. Beat for a few more seconds until all the ingredients mix well.
Add ice to taste and blend again if preferred.
Serve immediately.
Tip: For a more refreshing touch, add a few mint leaves before blending.
