- 250 ml cold milk
30 g of grated coconut
200 g of cream
3 tablespoons of powdered milk
1 package of pineapple juice powder or concentrate (optional)
Preparation method
Mix everything: In a blender, place all the ingredients: cold milk, grated coconut, cream, powdered milk and pineapple juice (if desired).
Beat until creamy: Beat for about 2 minutes, or until you get a homogeneous and creamy mixture.
Freeze for a few minutes: Pour the mixture into a bowl and place in the freezer for about 30 minutes, or until firm.
